NOTE: Accommodation letters must be requested each semester through the SSD office, and will take three business days to process. After submitting this form, please wait three days before coming to our office to pick up your letters.

If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation regarding your accommodation letter request within a half-hour, your request DID NOT go through. Please try again.

In the case that a second attempt doesn't work, please send the following information directly to: ssd@vt.edu:

• Your first and last name
• Your Virginia Tech e-mail address
• The # of letters you are requesting for Summer I, Summer II, or Fall 2013

Your request will be processed in three business days.

 

NOTE: If you receive Alternate Text Formats as an accommodation: You are encouraged to provide the required names of the textbook(s), author(s), publisher, and edition to the SSD Office PRIOR to the beginning of the next semester. The earlier SSD receives your requests, the faster we can provide you with your texts in an alternate format!
